Where do I send my sample?

Just look at the bottom of the kit box. In the United States, you may drop off your kit at any USPS post office or mailbox for shipping. In Canada, you can drop it off at any Canada Post location.

If you have misplaced your kit collection box or your kit doe s not have a return shipping label, please contact Episona Customer Support at support@www.episona.com or at (800) 942-2606. To protect the privacy of all Episona customers, do not send kits to Episona’s corporate headquarters or attempt to drop off the sample in person directly at the lab.
